Welcome to The Good Dogs. By enrolling in our training programs or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. EligibilityClients must be 18 years or older. All dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations and in good health to participate in training sessions 2. Training ServicesTraining results may vary depending on your dog’s temperament, age, breed, and consistency at home. The Good Dogs does not guarantee specific outcomes 3. Health and Behavior must disclose any known behavioral or medical issues before training. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a risk to staff, other dogs, or themselves 4. Payments and CancellationsPayment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session 5. LiabilityWhile we take every precaution to ensure safety, you acknowledge that training involves some risk. The Good Dogs is not liable for injury, illness, or loss unless caused by our proven negligence.6. Media ReleaseBy participating, you grant The Good Dogs permission to use photos or videos of your dog for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.7. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
